KJM supplies and installs Dorafloor raised floor systems—and handles the entire process from design to the finished space. Our services support product delivery: we are not a separate design or consulting firm; rather, design is an integral part of our comprehensive delivery.
We deliver Dorafloor’s products, materials, and technical documentation directly to the site. We help you select the right panel and substructure, and design is included in the delivery—dimensions, technical solutions, and the schedule are tailored to your project.
We execute the flooring on a turnkey basis: from the subfloor to the finished, ready-to-use floor under a single responsibility. We are responsible for the installation, schedule, and quality, so you do not need to coordinate multiple suppliers.
We take responsibility for the technical solution, coordination, and scheduling for the project. We adapt the flooring system to the rest of the building services and the requirements of the space. If necessary, validation is handled through our partner network.
We provide service and maintenance for the projects we’ve completed. We know the systems we’ve installed and keep them in good working order—working with our partners when necessary. We don’t operate as a general maintenance company; instead, we focus on our own projects.
If your project requires expertise that we don’t offer ourselves, we have a reliable network of partners. We can recommend or arrange the right professional for tasks such as validation, specialized installations, or maintenance. This way, you don’t have to search for suppliers one by one.
